Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@kraxie.in with:
- Order Number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- An uninterrupted unboxing video
All claims are subject to review and verification by Kraxie. Submission of evidence does not automatically guarantee a replacement or refund.
After Delivery
Once the product has been delivered and acknowledged at the provided shipping address, Kraxie shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or mishandling occurring thereafter.
