At Kraxie, every product undergoes careful quality inspection before dispatch. Due to the fragile and oversized nature of our products, we maintain a limited return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchase decisions

  • Personal preference

  • Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings

  • Products that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, email support@kraxie.in with:

  • Order Number

  • Customer Name

  • Contact Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Claim Verification

All claims are subject to review and verification by Kraxie.

Submission of photographs, videos, or supporting documents does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or compensation.

Kraxie reserves the right to reject claims where sufficient evidence is not provided or where the damage appears to have occurred after delivery.

Resolution

Upon successful verification of a claim, Kraxie may, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product

  • Repair the product, where feasible

  • Issue store credit

  • Issue a refund

For transit-damaged products, replacement will generally be the preferred resolution.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
